DEL OBJETO DEL PROCESO DE SELECCION. Mediante el proceso de selección la Superintendencia Bancaria escogerá las personas que, en igualdad de condiciones, satisfagan mejor las calidades, requisitos, habilidades y aptitudes señalados en el manual descriptivo de funciones y disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia para desempeñar los cargos. Se exceptúan de lo dispuesto en este artículo los empleos de libre nombramiento y remoción.
