º DE LOS CARGOS DE LIBRE NOMBRAMIENTO Y REMOCION. Son de libre nombramiento y remoción los siguientes cargos, los cuales no están sujetos a los procedimientos de selección y demás aspectos propios de la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria

a)

Superintendente Bancario;

b)

Superintendentes Delegados;

c)

Secretario General;

d)

Directores Generales;

e)

Asesores de los Despachos;

f)

Jefes de oficina;

g)

Jefes de División;

h)

Jefes de Grupo, y

i)

Secretario Privado del Superintendente Bancario y Secretarios Privados de los despachos de los Superintendentes Delegados y del Secretario General. Los demás cargos pertenecerán a la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia bancaria. TITULO II DEL INGRESO A LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA EN CARGOS DE CARRERA ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL. CAPITULO I De la preselección.
