º DEL ALCANCE DE REGIMEN ESPECIAL DE CARRERA ADMINISTRATIVA. El régimen especial de carrera administrativa de la Superintendencia bancaria tiene por objeto regular

La dirección y administración de los recursos humanos de la Superintendencia, para garantizar la eficiente prestación de los servicios;

Las condiciones de ingreso, permanencia, ascenso y retiro del servicio del personal de carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria, y

Las condiciones propias de carrera del personal de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
