Limitaciones Territoriales. Las Entidades Estatales pueden realizar convocatorias limitadas a Mipyme nacionales domiciliadas en los departamentos o municipios en donde se va a ejecutar el contrato. La Mipyme debe acreditar su domicilio con el registro mercantil o el certificado de existencia y representación legal de la empresa.
