Suficiencia de la garantía de pago de salarios, prestaciones sociales legales e indemnizaciones laborales. Esta garantía debe estar vigente por el plazo del contrato y tres (3) años más. El valor de la garantía no puede ser inferior al cinco por ciento (5%) del valor total del contrato.
