Suficiencia de la Garantía de Buen Manejo y Correcta Inversión del Anticipo. La Garantía de Buen Manejo y Correcta Inversión del Anticipo debe estar vigente hasta la liquidación del contrato o hasta la amortización del anticipo, de acuerdo con lo que determine la Entidad Estatal. El valor de esta garantía debe ser el ciento por ciento (100%) de la suma establecida como anticipo, ya sea este en dinero o en especie.
