Contratos de prestación de servicios de salud. La entidad estatal que requiera la prestación de servicios de salud debe utilizar el procedimiento de selección abreviada de menor cuantía. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que presten estos servicios deben estar inscritas en el registro que para el efecto lleve el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o quien haga sus veces.
