Terminación de la subasta y adjudicación. La subasta termina cuando los oferentes no hagan lances adicionales durante un período para la presentación de lances. La entidad estatal debe adjudicar el contrato al oferente que haya presentado el lance más bajo. En el acto de adjudicación, la entidad estatal indicará el nombre de los oferentes y el precio del último lance presentado por cada uno de ellos.
