De la celebración de contratos en desarrollo de encargos fiduciarios o contratos de fiducia. La Entidad Estatal no puede delegar en las sociedades fiduciarias la adjudicación de los contratos que celebren en desarrollo del encargo fiduciario o de la fiducia pública pero sí pueden encomendar a la fiduciaria la suscripción de tales contratos y la ejecución de todos los trámites inherentes al Proceso de Contratación.
