De las entidades que corresponde vigilar a la División de Instituciones Oficiales Especiales . Corresponde a la División de Instituciones Oficiales Especiales el control y vigilancia de las siguientes entidades

a)

Banco de Comercio Exterior;

b)

Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A., Findeter;

c)

Financiera Nacional Agropecuaria, Finagro;

d)

Entidades Descentralizadas de los Entes Territoriales cuyo objeto sea la financiación de las actividades previstas en el artículo 1º de la Ley 57 de 1989, una vez obtengan la autorización de Findeter;

e)

Financiera Energética Nacional, FEN, y

f)

Instituto Colombiano para Estudios en el Exterior, Icetex.
