De las entidades que corresponde vigilar a la División de Compañías de Financiamiento Comercial. Corresponde la División de Compañías de Financiamiento Comercial asumir la vigilancia de dichas entidades e impulsar los trámites relacionados con las personas que capten recursos en forma masiva y habitual en contravención a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2920 de 1982.
