Los valores absolutos de las tarifas notariales, los rangos de los actos y el valor de los aportes fijados en el presente Decreto se incrementarán anualmente, el día primero (1º) de enero de 1998 y años subsiguientes, en el mismo porcentaje de la inflación esperada para el año correspondiente, según la meta que establezca la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República.
