De los recaudos . Los notarios recaudarán de los usuarios, según la ley, por la prestación del servicio la suma de tres mil pesos ($3.000.00) por cada escritura no exenta, cuya distribución se hará así: un mil quinientos pesos ($1.500.00) para la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y un mil quinientos pesos ($1.500.00) para el Fondo Nacional de Notariado.
