º . Autorización al Fondo Nacional de Garantías . De los recursos que de acuerdo con el artículo 3º del Decreto 4490 de 2008 se destinen a capitalizar el Fondo Nacional de Garantías, podrá utilizarse parcialmente un monto según lo determine el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, a la suscripción de un mandato para otorgar garantías a los créditos de libre inversión previstos en el numeral 2 del artículo 2º del presente decreto.
