En caso de disolución, liquidación o intervención administrativa de la entidad pública que administre el Fondo del Seguro obligatorio de Accidentes de Tránsito "Fonsat", o de terminación del contrato correspondiente, el Fondo será administrado por una entidad pública de similares características que determine el Gobierno Nacional, previo concepto de la Junta Asesora.
