Artículo séptimo. Las alumnas que en condición de becadas por el Gobierno Nacional. Departamental o Municipal, terminen sus estudios en cualquiera de las Escuelas de Enfermeras reconocidas por el Gobierno Nacional, recibirán una licencia provisional que solo les permitirá ejercer la profesión en servicios oficiales y no podrán obtener el diploma definitivo sino después de dos años de servicio donde el Gobierno determine.
