Artículo quinto. Todo curso de preparación e información e información cualquier ramo de la enfermería o de la: salubridad pública que se abra con carácter permanente o transitorio, cualquiera que sea su finalidad o la entidad que lo patrocine, debe ser aprobado por el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, y éste, una vez revisado el respectivo plan de estudios y programas de trabajo, dictará las resoluciones correspondientes para lo referente al título que pueda corresponderá y al reconocimiento y legalización de los certificados o licencias que puedan expedir.
