Artículo primero. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, tas Escuelas de Enfermeras que estén establecidas o que puedan establecerse en el país, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza o la entidad a la cual pertenezcan, someterán su plan de estudios y organización a una revisión que se hará por medio de una junta constituida así: por la Directora de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Enfermeras, por un Delegado (leí Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social y por uno de1 Ministerio de Educación.
