Las entidades bancarias que hubieren sido nacionalizadas de conformidad con el Decreto 2920 de 1982 o normas posteriores, podrán presentar la declaración del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios correspondiente a los años gravables de 1987 y siguientes, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha en la cual la Superintendencia Bancaria imparta la aprobación definitiva de los respectivos estados financieros correspondientes al segundo semestre del año gravable, objeto de aprobación.
