La retención en la fuente sobre los pagos o abonos en cuenta por concepto de rifas, apuestas y similares, se efectuará cuando el valor del correspondiente pago o abono en cuenta sea superior a treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) moneda corriente. Cuando se trate del pago o abono en cuenta de premios provenientes de loterías, la retención se efectuará sobre cualquiera de los premios, siempre que el valor pagado por fracción exceda de la cuantía aquí establecida.
