En el caso de pagos o abonos en cuenta por concepto de intereses, efectuadas por entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, no se hará retención en la fuente sobre los pagos o abonos en cuenta que correspondan a un interés diario inferior a sesenta y cinco pesos ($ 65.00) moneda corriente. Cuando los intereses correspondan a un interés diario de sesenta y cinco pesos ($ 65.00) o más, para efectos de la retención en la fuente se considerará el valor total del pago o abono en cuenta.
