El literal f) del artículo 7° del Decreto 1354 de 1987, quedará así: En el caso de que el enajenante de un apartamento o casa de habitación haya efectuado su construcción con posterioridad a la adquisición del terreno, se tomará como fecha de adquisición la de la finalización de la construcción. Para tal efecto, bastará con que el enajenante informe al notario la respectiva fecha de terminación de la construcción.
