° Cuando el agente retenedor tenga más de cien (100) sucursales o agencias que practiquen retención en la fuente, el plazo para presentar la declaración mensual de retención en la fuente y cancelar el valor correspondiente, se prorrogará hasta el vencimiento del plazo del mes siguiente, previa aprobación por parte de la Subdirección de Recaudo de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales.
