°. Corresponde a los Directores Seccionales de Orden Público dar posesión a los funcionarios y empleados de la respectiva Dirección Seccional. Corresponde al Jefe de la Sección Jurisdiccional de Orden Público respectiva, hacer el reconocimiento del Defensor, y dar posesión a éste y al Apoderado de la parte civil. El juramento en estos casos se entenderá prestado con la firma del acta correspondiente.
