Deróganse las siguientes disposiciones: El Decreto 2908 de 1960, el Decreto 2627 de 1961; los artículo 2 a 3 inclusive y 6 de la Ley 24 de 1963; Decreto 900 de 1961, excepto el artículo 3; los artículos 1 a 4, inclusive de la Ley 3 de 1963; los artículos 1 a 3 del Decreto 1592 de 1966; el Decreto 1593 de 1966; el Decreto 746 de 1967; el
