Las personas que por cualquier medio impidan u obstaculicen la vigilancia fiscal de los funcionarios de Hacienda, respecto del recaudo de los impuestos de que trata este Estatuto, serán sancionadas con multas sucesivas de $200.00 a $1.000.00, que impondrán Director General de Impuestos Nacionales, los Administradores o sus delegados y los recaudadores de Impuestos Nacionales, mediante providencia motivada.
