Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos, los Intendentes, Comisarios y Alcaldes, prestarán a los empleados encargados de la Recaudación y Fiscalización de los impuestos de papel sellado y timbre nacional, todas las garantías y el apoyo que necesitaren en el desempeño de sus funciones. El incumplimiento de esta obligación dará origen a multas de $200.00 a $1.000.00, impuestas por el respectivo superior jerárquico.
