Los funcionarios oficiales que de acuerdo con las normas previstas en este Decreto acepten el desconocimiento, actúen o den trámite a documentos escritos gravados con los impuestos de timbre y papel sellado sin que estos sean satisfechos en la forma y valor previstos se harán acreedores a una multa de $50.00 que será impuesta por el director general de Impuestos Nacionales o sus delegados.
