Autorízase el empleo de los formularios impresos en papel sellado, siempre que en tales documentos se cumplan los requisitos establecidos por el artículo 18 de este Decreto. La Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales podrá autorizar el uso de formularios o esqueletos impresos en papel común, siempre que se adhieran y anulen por la respectiva Administración o Recaudación de Impuestos Nacionales timbres nacionales por valor de seis pesos ($6.00) en cada hoja, o que se utilicen máquinas registradoras de timbre cuando se trate de entidades autorizadas para ello.
