El papel sellado y las estampillas de timbre nacional no tienen término para su circulación y empleo, pero el Ministerio de Hacienda puede decretar, y poner en uso, nuevas ediciones. En este caso, fijará un plazo prudencial para cambiar las especies legítimas en circulación por las de nueva edición.
