Quedarán exentas del impuesto de timbre todos los actos y documentos realizados con las entidades sometidas al control de la Superintendencia Bancaria, distintas de los bancos, corporaciones financieras y compañías de seguros, reaseguros y capitalización y creadas en desarrollo de decretos expedidos por el Presidente de la República en uso de las facultades del artículo 120, numeral 14 de la Constitución.
