El Instituto Nacional de Transporte enviará a las autoridades distritales y municipales los procesos administrativos que versen sobre los asuntos que regula este Estatuto. El Director General del Instituto Nacional del Transporte fallará los recursos de apelación que versen sobre los asuntos que regula este Estatuto y se encuentren en trámite ante su despacho.
