La autoridad municipal competente, de oficio o por denuncia presentada, solicitará mediante providencia no recurrible los descargos correspondientes al representante legal de la empresa, los cuales deberán ser presentados por escrito dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes contados a partir de la notificación de dicha providencia.
