Decreto 1066 de 1988 · DECRETO 1066 DE 1988, 01/06/1988, Por el cual se dicta el Estatuto Nacional de Transporte Público Municipal Colectivo de Pasajeros y mixto, se reglamenta el Decreto 80 de 1987 y se delegan unas funciones al Distrito Especial de Bogotá y a los Municipios

Serán sancionadas con multas equivalentes a tres (3) salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes, las empresas de servicio público de transporte de pasajeros y mixto que incurran en las siguientes infracciones

No entregar a las autoridades de transporte los datos que según las normas vigentes deban suministrar con fines de información o de estudio;

Permitir la circulación de vehículos de la empresa sin sus distintivos o sin portar su razón social en aviso visible.

Modificar el nivel de servicio autorizado.

No cumplir con el plan de rodamiento establecido.
