Campo de aplicación: Serán sancionadas por la autoridad distrital o municipal competente, de acuerdo con las normas contenidas en el presente Decreto, las empresas de transporte público municipal terrestre automotor de pasajeros y mixto y quienes desarrollen la actividad transportadora de servicio público sin sujeción a las normas legales.
