En aquellas poblaciones con más de 200.000 habitantes, las empresas de transporte colectivo municipal de pasajeros no podrán solicitar ni participar en la adjudicación de sistemas, subsistemas o rutas y horarios, si dentro de su parque automotor en las fechas señaladas en el presente artículo cuentan con vehículos cuyos modelos se detallan a continuación: --Año 1990 modelos 59 y anteriores. --Año 1991 modelos 64 y anteriores. --Año 1993 modelos 69 y anteriores. --A partir de 1996, vehículos modelos de 20 o más años de antigüedad.
