Cuando no se hubieren vencido los contratos de vinculación, las empresas de transporte podrán solicitar a la autoridad municipal competente la desvinculación de un vehículo en los siguientes casos

Cuando el propietario del vehículo no haya dado cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en los estatutos y reglamentos de la empresa, o no dé cumplimiento al artículo 87 de este Decreto.

Cuando sin causa justificada no haya trabajado con la empresa por más de dos meses consecutivos.

Cuando su propietario no cumpla con los programas de reposición de equipo que adelante la empresa.

Cuando tenga lugar el cambio de propietario del vehículo sin dar aviso a la empresa.
