Para la correcta aplicación del presente Estatuto, entiéndese por: CAPACIDAD TRANSPORTADORA MINIMA: El número de vehículos requeridos y exigidos para la adecuada prestación de los servicios autorizados a una empresa de transporte. CAPACIDAD TRANSPORTADORA MAXIMA: Equivale a la capacidad mínima fijada, incrementada en un veinte por ciento (20%) para reserva, con el fin de atender los requerimientos de mantenimiento e imprevistos.
