Las personas naturales o jurídicas que se dediquen a la importación, fabricación y ensamblaje de vehículos, partes, repuestos, carrocerías y demás implementos con destino al transporte público municipal colectivo de pasajeros y mixto, deberán inscribirse ante el Instituto Nacional del Transporte, de acuerdo a la reglamentación que para tal efecto se expida.
