La autoridad competente podrá referir al peticionario o peticionarios para que suministre la información necesaria que permita comprobar o completar los datos suministrados a fin de realizar los estudios para valorar la capacidad técnica, económica y operacional de la empresa o la sociedad, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades, condiciones y prioridades del servicio.
