º Adóptase mediante el presente Decreto el Estatuto Nacional de Transporte Público, Municipal, Colectivo de Pasajeros y Mixto, para el ejercicio de las funciones asignadas al Distrito Especial de Bogotá y a los Municipios a través del Decreto 80 de 1987 y de aquellas otras delegadas mediante este Decreto.
