ARTICULO 233. COMITÉS SECTORIALES DE DESARROLLO ADMINISTRATIVO. El

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 17 de la Ley 489 de 1998, quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

Los Comités Sectoriales de desarrollo administrativo de conformidad con el artículo 19 de la presente Ley, tendrán la obligatoriedad de formular el plan respectivo, el cual hará parte de los planes de acción sectoriales e institucionales y será publicado a más tardar el 31 de enero de cada año en las respectivas páginas web, tal como lo establece el artículo 74 de la Ley 1474 de 2011."
