ARTICULO 214. PUBLICACIONES OFICIALES DEPARTAMENTALES. El artículo 2 del Decreto 2937 de 1948, quedará así: "Artículo 2. Publicaciones oficiales departamentales. Las bibliotecas departamentales o aquellas que hagan sus veces, llevarán el detalle de las publicaciones oficiales que se hagan en los respectivos departamentos, y pasarán oportuno informe a la Dirección de la Biblioteca Nacional para los efectos de esta disposición".
