Migración de información al RUNT. El Secretario o Director del Organismo de Tránsito deberá dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la expedición del presente Decreto Ley, migrar la información al Registro Único Nacional de Tránsito para los registros en los que está obligado de conformidad con la ley. El Ministerio de Transporte deberá adoptar las medidas administrativas complementarias con el propósito de viabilizar la culminación del proceso de migración de la información.
