RESOLUCIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES CON BASE EN LAS NORMAS QUE FUNDAMENTARON LA EXPEDICIÓN DE LA LICENCIA. En los trámites urbanísticos que se deban realizar con posterioridad a la expedición de una licencia urbanística, la autoridad competente tendrá la obligación de resolver las solicitudes únicamente con base en las normas que fundamentaron la expedición de la respectiva licencia.
