Parágrafo 2

del artículo 15 de la Ley 1340 de 2009, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio podrá por solicitud del denunciante o del solicitante de beneficios por colaboración guardar en reserva la identidad de quienes denuncien prácticas restrictivas de la competencia, cuando en criterio de la Autoridad Única de Competencia existan riesgos para el denunciante de sufrir represalias comerciales a causa de las denuncias realizadas".
