OTRAS FUNCIONES. Modifíquese el numeral 7 del artículo 86 de la Ley 222 de 1995, el cual quedará así: "7. Autorizar la disminución del capital en cualquier sociedad, cuando la operación implique un efectivo rembolso de aportes. La autorización podrá ser conferida mediante autorización de carácter general en los términos establecidos por la Superintendencia de Sociedades."
