PUBLICIDAD DE LOS ESTADOS FINANCIEROS. Adicionase un inciso al artículo 41 de la Ley 222 de 1995, así: "Cuando los estados financieros se depositen en la Superintendencia de Sociedades, no tendrán que ser depositados en las cámaras de comercio. La Superintendencia de Sociedades asegurará los mecanismos necesarios para garantizar el acceso a la información que no tenga carácter reservado. La Cámara de Comercio deberá conservar, por cualquier medio, los documentos mencionados en este artículo por el término de cinco años".
