VIGILANCIA. Suprímase el numeral 11 del artículo 84 de la Ley 222 de 1995 y modifíquese el numeral 8 del mismo artículo, el cual quedará así: "8. Convocar a reuniones extraordinarias del máximo órgano social en los casos previstos por la ley. En los casos en que convoque de manera oficiosa, la Superintendencia presidirá la reunión".
