SOLICITUDES ANTE LAS CAJAS DE COMPENSACIÓN FAMILIAR. En todas las actuaciones o trámites frente a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, suprímase como requisito las declaraciones extra juicio ante juez o autoridad de cualquier índole. Para estos efectos, bastará la afirmación que haga el particular ante la Caja de Compensación Familiar, la cual se entenderá hecha bajo la gravedad del juramento, de acuerdo con formatos que defina el Ministerio de Trabajo.
